~1) MS-DOS prompt, "arp -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yy-yy-yy-yy-yy-yy"
	~i) Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = new ip to assign unit
	~i) yy-yy-yy-yy-yy-yy = mac address of IP Link hardware
~1) "ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"  this will force the IP Link to take new IP settings and reply back.
~1) Connect via web browser to configure com port settings and finish IP changes.
