General Notes
To Set an IP of most Hardware Devices using the MAC address- MS-DOS prompt, "arp -s xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yy-yy-yy-yy-yy-yy"
- Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx = new ip to assign unit
- yy-yy-yy-yy-yy-yy = mac address of IP Link hardware
- "ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" this will force the IP Link to take new IP settings and reply back.
- Connect via web browser to configure com port settings and finish IP changes.
