On November 2, Epic announced that Fortnite would be arriving on next-gen consoles with some serious graphical upgrades. In the spirit of remembering Fortnite's past achievements, Epic announced that players would have the opportunity to redeem the free Original Pickaxe which is also known as the Default Pickaxe from the first season of Fortnite . Fortnite is as big as ever, and the recent wave of playable comic book icons has certainly helped. While these guest appearances have mostly consisted of Marvel characters, today’s inclusion of Joker and Poison Ivy will surely open the floodgates for more DC-based skins going forward.
