Monster party members that can be synthesized include bosses like the Lord of the Dragovians and the infamous demonlords of earlier games before Dragon Quest IV. The synthesis system, once it's unlocked, gives access to expand and diversify your party of monsters. With over 500 different creatures to find and synthesize, the possibilities are endless.
While Faleris is a Fire type, he is also a Flying Pal with Electric attacks, which gives him a slight advantage when attacking. Most of the attacks do seem randomized with a few tell-tale signs of what's to come . Faleris will also deal a couple Area of Effect (AoE) Fire and Electric moves. With these types of attacks, you will see a red perimeter signifying where the attack will deal damage.
